This Privacy Policy explains how Annareddy (thereddyanna.us.com) — the official online platform of Reddy Anna Book — collects, uses, stores, shares and protects the personal information of users who interact with our Service. By using Annareddy, creating a Reddy Anna ID, messaging our WhatsApp agents or accessing any partner platform through us, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Annareddy operates as an online ID agent and intermediary — we issue verified Reddy Anna IDs that enable access to third-party licensed partner platforms. This Privacy Policy governs only the data collected and processed by Annareddy directly. Once you use your Reddy Anna ID on a partner platform (laser247.com, gold365.win, cricbet99.com and others), the privacy policy of that specific partner platform also applies to activities undertaken on their platform.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Service. Continued use of Annareddy after any policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Annareddy collects only the minimum personal information required to create your Reddy Anna ID, process your transactions and provide customer support. We do not collect unnecessary personal data, and we do not track you across the internet.

What we do NOT collect: We do not ask for or collect Aadhaar numbers, PAN cards, passport scans, selfies, email passwords, UPI PINs, OTPs, banking credentials or biometric data during standard registration. Additional verification documents may be requested only in specific circumstances (large withdrawals, disputed transactions) — these are reviewed securely and not retained beyond the verification purpose.

Annareddy uses your personal information exclusively for the following purposes. We do not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

• Account creation & management: Issuing your Reddy Anna ID, configuring it for partner platforms and maintaining your active account status
• Transaction processing: Crediting deposits to your wallet, processing withdrawals to your UPI and reconciling payment records
• Customer support: Responding to your WhatsApp queries, resolving account issues and providing real-time assistance during matches
• Fraud prevention: Monitoring for unusual activity patterns, suspected bot usage, multi-accounting and other prohibited activities
• Legal compliance: Fulfilling obligations under applicable laws including anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements and responding to legal requests
• Service improvement: Understanding how users interact with Annareddy so we can improve the platform experience
• Communications: Sending account-related messages, transaction confirmations, security alerts and important service updates

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing from third-party advertisers, profiling for advertising purposes or selling data to any marketing database.

Annareddy never sells, rents or shares your personal information with third-party marketers or data brokers. Your data is shared only in the limited circumstances listed below — and only to the minimum extent needed in each case.

• Partner platforms: When you use your Reddy Anna ID on laser247.com, gold365.win, cricbet99.com or other partner platforms, necessary account information is shared with that platform to enable your login and activity
• Payment processors: Your UPI ID and transaction details are shared with payment service providers (UPI apps, banks) strictly to process your deposits and withdrawals
• Legal authorities: When legally required under valid legal process from competent Indian authorities (court orders, police investigations, regulatory requests under AML laws)
• Service providers: We may use trusted third-party service providers (e.g. WhatsApp Business, web hosting) who process data strictly on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
• Corporate transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of business, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction — with continued protection under a substantially similar privacy policy

• Session monitoring — unusual login patterns (multiple locations, rapid multi-device access) trigger automatic review

• Incident response — in the unlikely event of a data breach, affected users will be notified promptly in line with applicable requirements

Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. Users share responsibility for account security by keeping their passwords private, enabling biometric login where available and reporting any suspicious activity to our agents immediately.

We respond to verified rights requests within a reasonable time — typically within 7 business days of verification.

Annareddy retains your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected — or as required by applicable law.

• Active accounts: Your data is retained for the full duration of your active Reddy Anna ID
• Closed accounts: After account closure, we retain basic account records (name, mobile number, transaction history) for a minimum of 7 years in line with Indian financial record-keeping and anti-money-laundering requirements
• WhatsApp messages: Support conversations are retained for reasonable periods for support continuity and dispute resolution
• Technical logs: IP addresses and access logs are typically retained for 12-18 months for security monitoring purposes
• Legal holds: Data subject to legal proceedings or regulatory investigations is retained until the matter is fully resolved

After the retention period ends, your personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Annareddy is strictly an 18+ only service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. Our agent team is trained to identify and refuse registration requests from users who appear to be minors.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a minor has provided personal information to Annareddy, please contact us immediately via our official WhatsApp channel. Upon verification, we will immediately close the account, delete the minor's personal information and take appropriate steps to prevent future access.

Users are reminded that providing false age information is a breach of our Terms & Conditions and may constitute an offence under applicable law.

Annareddy may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements or the services we offer. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
