What are these Terms & Conditions for?
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Annareddy website (thereddyanna.us.com), the Reddy Anna App, WhatsApp agent services and all related services operated under the Annareddy and Reddy Anna Book brand (collectively, the "Service"). The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Annareddy (the "Platform"). By accessing the Service, creating a Reddy Anna ID or using any partner platform through Annareddy, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every clause in these Terms. If any clause is unclear, WhatsApp our agent for clarification before proceeding.
How do I accept these Terms?
You accept these Terms automatically when you perform any of the following actions: (1) Request a free Reddy Anna ID via WhatsApp. (2) Log in to any partner platform using credentials provided by our agent. (3) Deposit funds into your Annareddy-issued account via UPI or any other payment method. (4) Download, install or use the official Reddy Anna App. No separate signature or tick-box is required — your action of using the Service constitutes legal acceptance. If you disagree with any clause, stop using the Service immediately and request your agent to close your account.
Can the Terms be updated or changed?
Yes. Annareddy reserves the right to update, revise, add or remove clauses from these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Major changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically — especially before the start of each IPL season or before making any significant deposit. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you must stop using the Service and request account closure.
Which language version is official?
The English version of these Terms is the official and legally binding version. Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu or any other translated version provided for user convenience is for reference only. In case of any discrepancy, conflict or difference in meaning between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail. If you are reading a translated version and need clarification on any clause, WhatsApp our agent and request the English original before proceeding.
What happens if one clause is found invalid?
If any individual clause in these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that specific clause shall be considered severed from the Terms — but all remaining clauses will continue to be fully valid and enforceable. The invalidity of one clause does not affect the rest of the Terms. Annareddy will, where possible, replace the invalid clause with a new clause that reflects the original intent as closely as possible while complying with applicable requirements.

Eligibility — Who Can Use Annareddy

What is the minimum age to use Annareddy?
The absolute minimum age to create a Reddy Anna ID, deposit funds or access any partner platform through Annareddy is 18 years. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Users below 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing the Service under any circumstance — including via a parent's, sibling's or friend's account. If we discover that an account has been used by a person below 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending activity voided and the balance handled as per applicable policy.
Can I use Annareddy from any state or country?
The legal status of online cricket activity varies significantly by state in India and by country internationally. Users are solely responsible for verifying whether use of Annareddy and partner platforms is permitted under the laws of their specific state, province or country of residence. Annareddy does not warrant that the Service is appropriate, legal or available for use in every jurisdiction. If you access the Service from a region where it is restricted, you do so at your own risk and on your own initiative. Consult a qualified local legal advisor for specific guidance.
Who is not allowed to use the Service?
The following persons are not permitted to use the Service under any circumstance: (1) Any individual below 18 years of age. (2) Any person residing in a jurisdiction where the Service is restricted by local law. (3) Any person who has self-excluded from online gaming in the past 6 months. (4) Any person previously banned from Annareddy for fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse or violation of these Terms. (5) Employees, contractors or immediate family members of Annareddy staff. Any account found in breach will be closed immediately.
Do I need to verify my age with documents?
The Reddy Anna ID process does not require document upload for standard accounts. However, Annareddy reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time — particularly in cases involving large withdrawals, unusual account patterns, disputed transactions or suspected underage use. If requested, you agree to provide a government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, passport or voter ID) within a reasonable time. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawals and, if necessary, account closure.
What if I am financially vulnerable?
By using the Service, you confirm that you are not currently in a state of financial distress, do not depend on online gaming for income, and are using Annareddy only with money you can afford to lose as entertainment spending. If you are unable to pay essential bills, have loans you cannot service, have been advised to stop by a medical or mental-health professional, or feel you cannot control the urge to continue — you must not use the Service. Account & Reddy Anna ID Terms

Who owns my Reddy Anna ID?
Your Reddy Anna ID is issued to you personally and non-transferably. The ID is for your sole, individual use. You must not share your username, password, WhatsApp OTP or any login credential with any other person — including family members, friends, colleagues or other agents. Any activity that occurs under your Reddy Anna ID is deemed to be your activity, and you are solely responsible for all deposits, withdrawals and activity on partner platforms made under your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, WhatsApp your agent immediately to reset the password.
Can I have multiple Reddy Anna IDs?
Standard policy permits one Reddy Anna ID per mobile number. Creating multiple IDs to claim repeat bonuses, circumvent limits, evade suspensions or manipulate partner platform activity is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you have a legitimate requirement for a second account linked to a different mobile number, WhatsApp our agent to discuss — approval will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
What information must I provide?
To create a free Reddy Anna ID, you must provide your full legal name, an active mobile number that you personally control and your state of residence. You represent that all information provided is true, accurate, current and complete. Providing false information, using another person's name or using a mobile number that does not belong to you is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure. You agree to update your information if it changes during the period of your account usage.
How do I close my Reddy Anna ID?
You may request account closure at any time by messaging your dedicated agent on WhatsApp with a clear closure request. Before closure, you should: (1) Withdraw any remaining wallet balance to your UPI account. (2) Settle any pending activity on partner platforms. (3) Confirm no disputed transactions are open. Once closure is confirmed, your Reddy Anna ID will be permanently deactivated and cannot be reopened with the same credentials. A fresh registration would be required to use the Service again in the future.
Can Annareddy close my account?
Yes. Annareddy reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Reddy Anna ID — with or without prior notice — in the event of: (1) Breach of these Terms. (2) Suspected fraud, collusion or bot usage on partner platforms. (3) Use of VPN, masking software or any technology to disguise location or identity. (4) Providing false identity information. (5) Abusive behaviour towards agents or staff. (6) Attempting chargebacks on legitimate deposits. In such cases, pending balances and stakes may be frozen pending investigation.

Payments — Deposits & Withdrawals

How are deposits processed?
Deposits into your Annareddy-issued wallet are processed through UPI transfers (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or IMPS/NEFT bank transfers to the verified UPI number provided by your dedicated agent. You must initiate the transfer from a UPI ID or bank account held in your own name — third-party deposits (from a friend's, relative's or employer's account) are not permitted and will be held pending verification. Once transferred, inform your agent via WhatsApp with transaction proof — the wallet is credited within minutes after the agent confirms receipt.
What is the minimum and maximum deposit?
The minimum deposit is ₹100 — kept intentionally low to accommodate users who prefer small, controlled entertainment budgets. Standard accounts have no fixed upper deposit limit, but Annareddy reserves the right to review large deposits and, where appropriate, request source-of-funds verification. You are strongly advised to deposit only an amount you have budgeted for entertainment and can afford to lose fully — never borrowed funds, loan money, salary you need for essentials, or emergency savings.
How are withdrawals processed?
Withdrawals are processed directly to your registered UPI ID (Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm) typically within 10-30 minutes of your agent initiating the transfer. There are no withdrawal processing fees and no minimum withdrawal amount. To request a withdrawal, WhatsApp your agent with the amount and your UPI ID — your agent only needs your UPI ID (a publicly shareable identifier) and never your UPI PIN, OTP or bank password. Withdrawal is available 24/7, including during live IPL matches and weekends.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Annareddy does not charge any fees for ID creation, deposits, withdrawals, wallet maintenance or account closure. Anyone asking you to pay a "registration fee," "activation fee," "platform fee" or "advance deposit fee" is fraudulent — block the contact immediately and report to us via the official WhatsApp number. Note: your bank or UPI app may levy its own standard transaction charges (typically zero for UPI) — those are outside our control and are not collected by us.
What about chargebacks or payment disputes?
Once a UPI or bank transfer is confirmed and credited to your Annareddy-issued wallet, the deposit is considered final. Fraudulent chargebacks — where a user initiates a bank dispute on a legitimate, completed deposit — are a material breach of these Terms. On detection of a fraudulent chargeback, the account will be closed permanently, the chargeback amount plus any remaining balance will be frozen, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities. Legitimate disputes (e.g. deposit not credited despite transfer) should be raised directly with your agent on WhatsApp for quick resolution.
Can my withdrawal be delayed?
While most withdrawals complete within 10-30 minutes, processing may be delayed in specific circumstances: (1) UPI or banking network disruption on the provider side. (2) Suspected suspicious activity on the account requiring review. (3) Pending unsettled activity on partner platforms. (4) Large withdrawals requiring internal verification. (5) Mismatch between account holder name and UPI ID name. In any such case, your agent will communicate the reason and expected resolution time on WhatsApp. Withdrawals are never cancelled without a clear, communicated reason.

Platform Access Rules

What does Annareddy actually provide?
Annareddy operates as an online ID agent and intermediary — we issue verified Reddy Anna IDs that enable access to third-party licensed sports exchange platforms including laser247.com, gold365.win, cricbet99.com, 11xPlay Pro, Diamond Exchange and Lotus365. Annareddy itself does not directly accept stakes, hold user funds or operate as a betting exchange. All live market activity takes place exclusively on the third-party partner platforms under their own terms of service.
How do partner platform terms apply to me?
When you use your Reddy Anna ID on a partner platform (laser247.com, gold365.win, cricbet99.com or any other), you are simultaneously subject to that platform's own terms, rules and settlement policies in addition to these Annareddy Terms. If there is a conflict between Annareddy Terms and a partner platform's terms regarding specific market settlement, the partner platform's terms govern that specific matter. How is activity on partner platforms settled?
All activity and market settlement on partner platforms follows the rules published by that specific partner platform. For cricket markets, this typically follows standard cricket betting conventions: completed matches settle based on official results; abandoned matches typically void and refund unless covered by DLS; rescheduled matches remain live if completed within 48 hours. Your agent can confirm specific settlement outcomes for any market on WhatsApp.
What if a partner platform URL stops working?
Partner platform URLs occasionally change for technical or availability reasons. If you cannot access a specific partner platform URL (for example, laser247.com or gold365.win), message your agent on WhatsApp — we will send you the current active URL immediately. Your Reddy Anna ID credentials remain unchanged across URL variations — the same username and password work on the new URL.
Can activity on my ID be voided?
Yes, in limited circumstances. Annareddy and partner platforms reserve the right to void activity placed at palpable errors (clearly incorrect odds due to human or data-feed error), activity suspected of involving inside information or match-fixing, activity placed during service interruptions, or activity placed on markets that were technically closed. Voided activity results in a refund of the original stake. This policy exists to protect market integrity for all users.

Prohibited Activities

What activities are strictly prohibited?
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, balance forfeiture and possible reporting to authorities: (1) Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of collusion with players or officials. (2) Use of bots, scripts, automated trading software or AI tools to operate on partner platforms. (3) Syndicated or coordinated activity across multiple accounts. (4) Use of VPNs, proxies or any technology to disguise location. (5) Multi-accounting using different names, mobile numbers or family member identities. (6) Any attempt to exploit technical glitches or obvious errors in bad faith.
Is money laundering strictly forbidden?
Yes. Money laundering is strictly forbidden. Your Annareddy-issued wallet is intended solely for genuine use on partner platforms — not for moving funds in and out of the Platform without corresponding activity. Users who deposit large sums and immediately request withdrawal without reasonable use of partner platforms may be flagged for review and required to provide documentation explaining the source and purpose of funds. Annareddy cooperates with any legally authorised investigation into suspected money-laundering activity.
Can I use someone else's identity?
No. Each Reddy Anna ID must be created using your own genuine name and mobile number. Using the name, mobile number or identity documents of another person — even a willing family member — is a material breach of these Terms. If detected, the account will be closed, pending balances forfeited per policy and, in serious cases, the matter may be reported to authorities. This rule protects all users from identity theft, fraud and unauthorised account use.
What about offensive behaviour with agents?
All communication with Annareddy agents must be respectful and professional. Abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or grossly offensive messages towards agents will result in a warning on the first instance and account suspension or closure on repeat offences. Our agents are human professionals providing 24/7 support and are entitled to a safe working environment. Disagreements over activity, withdrawal or market decisions should be raised through factual, civil messages — legitimate concerns are always reviewed fairly.
Are withdrawal abuse patterns prohibited?
Yes. Patterns such as: depositing only to immediately withdraw without using partner platforms; placing tiny, risk-free activity solely to qualify a withdrawal; reversing UPI payments via fraudulent chargebacks while retaining wallet balance; or creating accounts purely to rinse promotional funds — are all considered abuse and are strictly prohibited. Such activity results in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture and a ban from creating future accounts at Annareddy.

What is my responsibility as a user?
As a User, you accept the following responsibilities: (1) To use the Service only as entertainment — not as a source of income. Can I self-exclude from the Service?
Yes. You may request a voluntary self-exclusion from the Service at any time by messaging your dedicated agent on WhatsApp. Self-exclusion is available for periods of 7 days, 30 days, 6 months or permanent. During self-exclusion, your Reddy Anna ID will be deactivated, you will not be able to log in to partner platforms, and you will not receive promotional messages from our agents. Any remaining wallet balance will be withdrawn to your UPI before exclusion begins. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early — it is designed as a cooling-off period.
Are deposit limits available?
Yes. Users can request a voluntary weekly or monthly deposit cap to be applied to their Reddy Anna ID by messaging their agent on WhatsApp. Once set, deposits beyond the cap will be declined by your agent until the next period begins. Deposit caps can be lowered instantly but raising the cap requires a 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions in the heat of a live match. This is an optional but strongly recommended safety feature for all regular users.
