Account Registration Rules

Rules governing the creation of your Reddy Anna ID through Annareddy. Follow these to ensure a smooth registration and a secure account from day one.

1.1

Age Requirement

Users must be 18 years or older to register and use any partner platform via Annareddy. Accounts found to belong to minors will be suspended immediately and pending balances handled per policy. There are no exceptions to this rule.

1.2

Accurate Information

Provide true, accurate and current information during registration — your full legal name, active mobile number and state of residence. Fake names, false mobile numbers or forged identity information will result in account termination and permanent ban from re-registration.

1.3

One Account per User

Each individual may hold only one Reddy Anna ID, linked to one mobile number. Multiple accounts created to claim repeat bonuses, evade limits or bypass restrictions are strictly prohibited. All associated accounts will be closed on detection.

1.4

Account Security

Keep your login credentials private at all times. Annareddy is not responsible for losses arising from shared passwords, compromised devices or hacked accounts. Enable biometric login on the Reddy Anna App for added protection.

  • Never share your password with anyone — including agents
  • Never save passwords on shared or public computers
  • Always verify the official platform URL before entering credentials

No Documents Required at Registration

The Reddy Anna ID registration process requires zero documents — no Aadhaar, no PAN, no address proof. Only your name and mobile number are needed. Annareddy reserves the right to request identity verification later in specific circumstances (large withdrawals, account disputes) — users agree to cooperate with such verification when requested.

Platform Activity Rules

Rules covering your activity on partner platforms (laser247.com, gold365.win, cricbet99.com and others) accessed through your Reddy Anna ID.

2.1

Legal Activity Only

Activity on partner platforms is allowed only in regions where it is legal under local laws. It is the user's responsibility to know and comply with regulations in their state or country of residence before using the Service.

2.2

Activity Confirmation is Final

Once any activity (bet, trade or stake) is placed and confirmed on a partner platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Always double-check your selections, odds and amounts before final confirmation. Correction is possible only if the market is still open and no subsequent activity has taken place.

2.3

Fair Play

Any form of cheating, match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider collusion or fraudulent activity is strictly forbidden. Accounts involved in such actions will be permanently banned, balances frozen and matters referred to relevant authorities where appropriate.

2.4

Partner Platform Rules Apply

When using your Reddy Anna ID on any partner platform, you are simultaneously subject to that platform's own settlement rules. Market settlement, void policies and abandoned-match handling follow the specific partner platform's published rules. Your agent can clarify platform-specific rules anytime.

2.5

Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, contact your Annareddy agent on WhatsApp with full details and supporting screenshots. Most disputes are resolved within 24 hours. Escalation to senior review is available if unresolved. The final decision of Annareddy management is binding on matters within our scope.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Rules governing all payment transactions on your Annareddy-issued wallet — deposits and withdrawals must follow these guidelines.

3.1

Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit is ₹100. There is no fixed upper limit on standard accounts, though Annareddy reserves the right to review unusually large deposits and request source-of-funds verification where appropriate.

3.2

Authorised Payment Methods Only

Use only authorised payment methods — UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), IMPS, NEFT, bank transfer. Payments must originate from an account held in your own name. Third-party transfers from friends, relatives or employers are not permitted and will be held pending verification.

3.3

Withdrawal Process & Time

Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 30 minutes on average, 24/7 — directly to your UPI ID. There are no processing fees and no minimum withdrawal amount. Agents only need your UPI ID — never your UPI PIN, OTP or banking password. Any request for such credentials is fraud.

3.4

Identity Verification When Required

For large withdrawals, disputed transactions or suspicious patterns, Annareddy may request identity verification (Aadhaar, PAN or similar government-issued ID) before processing. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in held withdrawals and, if unresolved, account closure.

3.5

No Chargebacks on Legitimate Deposits

Once a deposit is credited to your wallet, it is final. Fraudulent chargebacks on legitimate deposits are a material breach — the account will be closed, balances frozen and the matter may be reported to authorities. Legitimate deposit issues should always be raised with your agent first.

Responsible Gaming Rules

Annareddy actively promotes responsible gaming. Users are expected to follow these principles to keep the experience safe, controlled and enjoyable.

4.1

Set Personal Limits

Use only what you can afford to lose. Set a firm per-match and per-season budget before any IPL or tournament begins. Never chase losses by escalating activity — this is the single biggest cause of problem gaming.

4.2

Avoid Problem Gambling

No Activity Under the Influence

4.4

Treat as Entertainment, Not Income

Online gaming should be treated as entertainment only — not as a source of income, not as a way to pay bills, not as a recovery method for previous losses. Annareddy is not a financial product and should not replace proper employment or savings.

5.1

Minimum Data Collection

We collect only the minimum data required to operate the Service — your name, mobile number, state, UPI ID for withdrawals and transaction history. No unnecessary personal data is collected, stored or processed.

5.2

Confidentiality

Your personal data is never sold, rented or shared with third-party marketers. Data may only be shared with (a) legally authorised investigative authorities under valid legal process and (b) payment service providers strictly for transaction processing.

5.3

Secure Transactions

All deposits, withdrawals and platform logins are protected by SSL encryption end-to-end. Our team never stores your UPI PIN, OTPs or banking passwords — and will never ask for them under any circumstance.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Annareddy and partner platforms. Violations lead to immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and in serious cases, referral to authorities.

6.1

Multiple Accounts

Creating multiple Reddy Anna IDs to exploit bonuses, evade suspensions, bypass limits or manipulate platforms.

  • All related accounts will be closed on detection
  • Balances in connected accounts will be forfeited per policy
  • Future re-registration may be permanently blocked
6.2

Credential Sharing

Sharing your Reddy Anna ID login credentials with other users, allowing others to access your account, or accessing another person's account.

6.3

Bots & Automated Tools

Using bots, scripts, automated trading software, AI tools or any technology to place activity on partner platforms automatically.

6.4

Fraud & Match-Fixing

Match-fixing, spot-fixing, collusion with players or officials, exploiting palpable errors in bad faith, money laundering or any fraudulent activity on Annareddy or partner platforms.

6.5

VPN & Location Masking

Using VPNs, proxies or any technology to disguise your location or identity when accessing Annareddy or partner platforms.

6.6

Abusive Behaviour

Abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory behaviour towards Annareddy agents, support staff or other users.

7.1

Always communicate with Annareddy agents professionally and respectfully. Our agents are real humans providing 24/7 support — they deserve a safe working environment. Abusive messages lead to warnings and, on repeat offences, account suspension.

7.3

Right to Update

Annareddy may update these rules at any time to comply with evolving laws, improve user protection or reflect operational changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

8.2

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for checking these rules periodically — especially before the start of each IPL or major tournament season. Continued use of the Service after a rule update implies acceptance of the updated rules.

8.3

Disagreement with Updates

If you disagree with any update to these rules, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure via WhatsApp. Continued use after an update is deemed acceptance — there is no opt-out for selective clauses while remaining active.
